Born in the Philippines and raised across Nepal, Thailand, and Japan through his father’s academic work, Jobert grew up navigating stories between worlds. He later earned his BA (Economics /Asian  Studies) from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor and MBA from Columbia Business School. Now based in New Hope, Pennsylvania, he brings that global lens to his writing, leadership, and community service—including chairing the Governance Committee for WHYY’s Community  Advisory Board.
